About Fruitport Christian Reformed Church

Who Are We?

Fruitport CRC, located in Fruitport Township, MI is a part of the Christian Reformed Church in North America (CRCNA), a denomination which traces it’s history back through the Reformation to the New Testament Church.  We are also excited to be a part of the new Fruitport Area Pastors' Group made up of other
Christ-Centered churches in Fruitport.

Fruitport Christian Reformed Church will joyfully accept and obey Jesus' call to "Go and make disciples of all nations."

  1. CELEBRATING God's gracious faithfulness in public worship and personal and/or family devotions.
  2. CULTIVATING close relationships with God and His people through fellowship and educational opportunities
  3. CARING for each other and members of our community whom God makes known to us through praying for them and helping to meet their physical and spiritual needs.
  4. COMMUNICATING the great news of salvation by grace through Jesus Christ to those in our local community and world who don't yet know him as their Savior and Lord.

So what does it mean that you are reformed?

Every church - regardless of denomination or independent status - confessional or not has a lens by which we view and interpret the Bible.  This description best represents our church and is summarized in this download: If the link doesn't work - paste this in your browser: https://www.crcna.org/sites/default/files/what_it_means_to_be_reformed.pdf
